Navigating the Workplace
This consultation is for BIPOC-Q professionals who are experiencing an uncomfortable situation at work. During this consultation we will identify strategies to navigate these workplace experiences and help you manage the situation, craft the email, or resolve tense interpersonal dynamics at work. *Please note that I am not a licensed attorney or psychiatrist so this consultation is not legal advice or counseling.

Developing Your Worth Ethic
We are more than what we do. Yet, so much of what we do matters to us and to the communities we are part of. How do we move beyond the stress, guilt, and frustrations of our jobs to maximize the life-affirming moments that tie our work to our self-worth? In this session, participants will learn how to create healthy work behaviors that will support their healing journeys and move beyond a work-life balance to recover their "worth" ethic.
